Ben was a up until then highly successful consumer telecom brand in the Netherlands. In order to gain a position in the business SME segment as well, we created a so-called crowbar mailing. A trigger for Ben account managers to call and start a first conversation with entrepreneurs. We came up with Ben scherp (I am sharp). We used a typical SME icon: the receipt picker. In this case, all pages from what would normally be a brochure had been pricked on the Ben sharp. With a sharp opening offer for sharp entrepreneurs.
